#1: Never Fire First
If you fire first and start all the fighting the enemy will think that you won't want a truce in the war. Also, you should wait for them to fire and see what fire power your dealing with.
#2: Never Ever Fire an Atom Bomb
Never fire a nuke at the enemy country because you would be killing so many civilians and destroying so much land. Also, their government might send one back and it will look like this. Mass destruction mostly everywhere.
