I work out a lot I've been working out since the 5th grade. When I asked people what helps build muscle they told me to keep working out and eat protein. I said,"Protein, what does that help with." I looked up what protein does and this is what i found out.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8DgyaCOTfgM&feature=relmfu I found out that protein is essential in building muscles, it's actually what builds muscle. Meat has a lot of protein so eat things like chicken and steak to get lots of protein. If you keep working out and don't eat much protein you wont get great results.
